Low Calorie Recipies

Our first low calorie recipe is really easy to make. It will fill your craving for high carb mashed potatoes and it tastes really good.

Mashed Cuauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 TBS chopped scallions (green onions)
  • 1 TBS bacon pieces (low cal)
  • 5 sprays butter spray 0 calorie
  • salt and pepper

Cut cauliflower into florets and place in pan of water. Boil until soft then drain and mash. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add butter spray and mix thoroughly. Add chopped scallions and bacon pieces. Stir over medium heat to blend seasonings for 1 to 2 minutes and serve.
