They talk about all the foods to eat, and not to eat. They constantly expound on aerobic exercise with gym equipment that costs a fortune and barely works.
Truth is … there’s a much easier way. Yes, you need to keep an eye on your food intake. Eat healthy and as lean as you can. Avoid processed foods. You also need to have some exercise in ways that cause your body to heat up and your heart to pump. You won’t need near as much of these methods if you use them in conjunction with a Yoga program.
We found just the thing for beginning Yoga students. In fact, this was recommended by my wife’s orthopedic surgeon as remedial therapy.
